Lenka Dusilová, a six-time winner at the Anděl musical awards, is not the type to stagnate or repeat herself. She’s been a performer since the age of 16 where she made a name for herself with her energetic and emotional vocals. By the dawn of the new millennium, she was among the brightest stars on the Czech pop-rock scene. After a few years of personal growth, Lenka shifted away from the mainstream to a more layered style. She became a singular phenomenon on the Czech music scene: a pop star that moved to more personal form of expression while freely incorporating external influences from various styles and experiences from outside the world of music.

Lenka recently wowed audiences on her successful tour with Ivou Bittová and Monika Načeva dubbed SPOLU (TOGETHER). For the summer of 2019 she’s prepared a project to support endangered landmarks called MONUMENT/UM, which will be followed in the fall with a tour supporting her new solo album.

Lenka’s voice has also led her to collaborate with many other musicians on their studio recordings and in concert. She’s part of the multi-genre Spitfire Company theatre project where she participated in their European tour of One Step Before the Fall, a production that won a prestigious Herald Angel Award.
